- On receipt of a booking confirmation email you enter into a binding contract with Athena Private Tours.
- Our website does not accept responsibility for material contained on externally linked web pages. The links we provide are for your convenience and further information only.
- You may not create a link to our website from another website or document without prior written consent by Athena Private Tours.
- The content of this website is owned by Athena Private Tours. It is made available by written permission of the owner and is protected by domestic and international copyright laws.
- Athena Private Tours reserves the right to change these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
- Athena Private Tours is a fully licensed travel agency and transport company complying with all laws and regulations established by the Greek State.
- Athena Private Tours holds Public Liability Insurance in accordance with Government Regulations on transportation services.
- Entrance/Visit fees to museums and/or sites/monuments are not included in the price of the tours or shore excursions. Such fees will be charged separately. Gratuities, meals and other personal expenses are also not included within the price, unless stated otherwise.
- Prices include a vehicle, an English-speaking professional driver and a licensed English-speaking tour guide (where applicable), taxes, tolls, insurance and parking fees and charges.
- Please note that our chauffeurs are not licensed tour guides, but they will be willing to help you as much as they can. However, they are not allowed by law to accompany you in museums/sites/monuments. If you want a professional tour guide showing you the museum/site/monument, please let us know and we can arrange an additional service with extra charge.
- Athena Private Tours reserves the right to modify the itinerary, timetable, shore excursion or tour for any unusual or unforeseeable circumstances beyond the control of the company.
- Our customers can be assured that they are traveling in a safe vehicle with a well-trained, licensed driver; our high standards include daily inspections of all our vehicles.
- The maximum legal speed limit for a vehicle moving on a Greek motorway is 130 kmh (approx 80 mph), slightly higher than in other countries. Our chauffeurs respect the general speed limits in Greece, which are anyway enforced by road traffic police and automated detection devices such as speed cameras.
