Payment Options
Payments can be made by cash in euros or card, but it should be noted that tour guides only accept payments by cash in euros. We offer a wide variety of options to make paying for your journey simple. Here are some of the different ways you can pay:
- Cash in euros – direct to our chauffeur at the end of your journey.
- Half by credit card upon receipt of the booking confirmation email and the balance by cash in euros at the end of your journey.
- In-Car payment by card.
We require a credit card as guarantee at the time of the booking. Your card will be used to secure your booking and will not be charged. To ensure that your credit cards and personal information are kept as secure as possible, we use the most up-to-date technology.
Confirmation of Reservation
Once you have booked with us you will be sent a booking confirmation email giving details of your order (date, time, services provided, method of payment, meet and greet point instructions, etc.).
Please check your booking confirmation email as soon as you receive it to ensure that information contained on it is complete and free of errors, as it might not be possible to modify an order at a later time.
Athena Private Tours will accept no responsibility for errors or omissions submitted by the customer after expiry of a period of 5 days from the date you were sent the booking confirmation email. In the case of billing errors, we reserve the right to re-invoice for the correct price.
Please note that a reservation is considered valid once you have received the aforementioned booking confirmation email.
